I am hoping to get started on some much needed spring cleaning. Does anyone know of a good, reputable window cleaning service? Answer This Question

We are moving from Winnipeg to Ottawa and we are looking for great programs and activities for our three kids: age 6 boy, age 4 girl and age 2 boy. They are currently in Gymnastics, ballet, skating, swimming, Kindermusik, tennis etc. in Winnipeg and we would love to enroll them in some similar activities in Ottawa. We are looking at the Manor park/ Lindenlea/ New Edinburgh Areas. Any insight on good schools, good programs or good resources that we can access would be extremely helpful and welcome. Thank you very much, JackieD Answer This Question

I am 32 weeks pregnant with our second girl and I'm shopping for the nursery. I'm looking for curtains that can black out light. Right now, the window has two white faux-wood blinds, but they don't do a stellar job of keeping the light out. The window is quite big and faces west, so light comes in later on summer evenings. I've had a quick look at Bouclair and Ikea so far, but found nothing. I'd prefer not to have to change the current blinds or get more "adult" curtains for a little girl's room. Any ideas where I can look for curtains that might be fun for a little girl and block out light? The room is painted an apricot orange colour. Thanks Answer This Question
