Delicious and cheap Vietnamese food, right across the street from the ROM so makes for a great alternative to the McDonalds for lunch after a museum outing. Very large, lots of tables, great for kids (already noisy so your noise will not be noticed!) and adults alike. You can always count on some chicken and rice for the kids while you enjoy something more exotic like the noodle soups. On the second floor so not totally stroller friendly (you need two adults to get stroller up the stairs) but well worth the trip up.
