Salsa Babies is a great way to get a little exercise while cuddling with your wee one! Strap them on and salsa away! We enjoyed the classes at the mall (free). Once my son was walking well on his own, we "graduated" to Salsa Tots (also free at the mall). Now both Mum and child are getting a bit of exercise, with fun music and singing, too!
